Successful graduates may pursue career paths as domestic or international travel consultants, corporate consultants, airline sales or reservations officers, wholesale consultants, tourist information officers or other similar travel and tourism industry positions.

Program Description
This program aims to provide participants with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to carry out sales related activities at an operative level, and facilitates progression to supervisory middle management level, in travel and tourism organisations such as travel agencies, wholesale operations, airlines, tourist information centres and similar tourism industry enterprises.

Entry Requirements
•    English Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 ( with no individual band less than 5.0)
•    Successful completion of 12 years of schooling (or equivalent)
Or
•    Non school-leavers are selected according to eligibility and merit, work experience and previous study

Additional Information
Teaching methods will combine face to face delivery and self study.

Students will be required to sit for both open and closed book examinations and in some cases may be required to perform skills tests and/or oral presentations. Individual or group work may also be used to determine competency.
